At AcheterParapluie.com, your satisfaction comes first. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have a right of withdrawal and return under the following conditions:

Return period

• You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• All items can be returned, provided they are in their original condition, undamaged and accompanied by any accessories.

• Return costs are borne by the customer.

Return procedure

• To start a return, please contact us through the contact form on the site or directly by email.

• Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and the steps to follow.

Refunds

• Once the product has been returned and checked, we will refund you within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the original payment method used.

• The refund covers only the amount of the returned product. The original shipping costs remain free and are not refunded.
