Where is my parcel?

Your order is shipped within 48 to 72 working hours after payment. As soon as it leaves, you receive a shipping email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel all the way to your door.

Then allow 7 to 14 working days of delivery in France, Belgium and Switzerland. Delivery is free.

Can’t find the email?

• Check your junk mail (spam) and the Promotions tab.
• Log in to your customer account to see your orders and their status.
• Tracking can take a day or two to appear after shipping, and update with a slight delay when the parcel changes carrier.
