Welcome to AcheterParapluie.com. By accessing our site and placing an order, you accept these general terms of use and sale.

These terms govern the use of the AcheterParapluie.com site and all orders placed on it.

Product photographs and descriptions are indicative.
Despite our efforts to represent products faithfully, slight differences may exist (size, colour, finish).

Prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
Delivery is entirely free on all orders.
Automatic discounts shown on the site (for example “−15% from 2 items”) apply to the basket during their validity period, as indicated on the site.

An order is considered confirmed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment problem or suspected fraud.

Payments are secure and accepted through the various means available on our site (bank cards, online payment solutions, etc.).

Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 working hours.
The average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days for France, Belgium and Switzerland.
If your order is not delivered within the stated time, you can write to us. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, if delivery still has not taken place after a formal notice to deliver within a reasonable additional period, you may terminate the contract and be refunded.
In the event of force majeure (strike, bad weather, exceptional logistics delay, etc.), the time may be extended; we will let you know.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our refund policy.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
The refund is made within 7 to 14 working days after the returned product is received and checked.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery of the goods (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). During this period, a lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. You can ask for the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge; failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
Consumers living in another European Union country or in Switzerland benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the law of their country.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
To claim under the guarantee, write to us at contact@acheterparapluie.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

We accept no liability for improper use of the product, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

All content on AcheterParapluie.com (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright and remains our exclusive property, unless otherwise stated (brands and characters under official licence from their owners).

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which complies with the GDPR.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the consumer’s country of residence, within the limits set by law. In the event of a dispute, you can contact us first at contact@acheterparapluie.com; failing agreement, the competent courts will be seized.

In the event of any discrepancy, the French version of these terms prevails.
